Job Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn abstract concepts into bold, brand-defining visuals. This role isn’t about plugging content into templates — it’s about shaping narratives visually, adapting to diverse digital and print mediums, and ensuring every pixel feels intentional. You’ll work closely with content strategists, product marketers, and motion designers to develop campaigns that stand out in a saturated visual landscape. You should have a critical eye for design systems, understand the nuances of typography hierarchy, and know when to break the grid to create visual tension.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design original assets for campaigns, including landing pages, social graphics, presentation decks, and out-of-home collateral
  • Translate strategic brand narratives into visual language with consistency across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative leads to ensure alignment between message and design
  • Develop creative for A/B testing and iterate based on data-informed feedback
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides for brand and product teams
  • Contribute to cross-functional creative reviews with rationale behind design decisions
  • Stay on top of design trends, but avoid copying them — your work should interpret, not imitate

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house brand or agency setting
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print mediums (please include link)
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Ability to visualize complex ideas with clarity and minimalism — strong layout and typographic skills are non-negotiable
  • Experience working within a brand system, but not creatively limited by it
  • Familiarity with motion design principles or collaboration with motion designers is a plus
  • Strong communication skills — able to articulate design thinking and accept critique without ego
  • A track record of taking ownership of projects from brief to delivery with minimal oversight
