Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative designs aligned with brand guidelines (C.I.) across all channels
- Design marketing materials including in-store visuals, POSM, window displays, and campaign assets
- Create digital content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and online ads
- Support retail activations, store openings, and promotional campaigns with visual direction
- Work closely with marketing, VM, and operations teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Adapt and localize regional/global creative assets for the Malaysia market
- Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality output and timely delivery
- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (retail / sports lifestyle / fashion industry preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics is an advantage (After Effects / Premiere Pro). Experience with 3D / mock-up tools is a plus
- Understanding of branding consistency, visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color.
- Experience in retail design, POSM, and store visuals is highly preferred
- Good time management and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of printing materials and production processes
- Preferably someone who is able to speak Mandarin to liaise with China principle.
