Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-obsessed Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense, a love for layout precision, and an ability to transform complex ideas into clean, intentional design. You won’t just be handed a brief and asked to “make it look good”—you’ll be involved early in the process, collaborating with content strategists, marketers, and developers to craft visual narratives that serve a real purpose.
This role goes beyond marketing collateral. You’ll design for web, product interfaces, internal campaigns, and branded experiences that challenge the expected. You’re someone who sees white space as a design tool, cares about alignment to the pixel, and asks why before jumping to how.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate abstract concepts and data into clear, engaging visuals for digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to craft UI elements, icons, and micro-illustrations that match brand language
- Take the lead on cross-functional design initiatives like brand refreshes, event visuals, or interactive reports
- Maintain and evolve design systems across digital assets
- Create polished design files ready for production, working closely with developers, printers, or vendors
- Think like a storyteller—guide the visual flow of a presentation or campaign from first glance to final CTA
- Accept and give feedback in working sessions, refining designs in response to team and stakeholder input
- Ensure consistency in branding, color, and typography across all touchpoints
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a design role with a diverse portfolio spanning digital and print
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic motion tools (After Effects or similar)
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and responsive layout
- Experience designing for product or SaaS environments is highly valued
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet fast-paced deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrated experience working with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and cross-functional feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially when presenting rationale for design choices
- Bonus: Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG), light HTML/CSS knowledge, or branding for B2B audiences
