Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, concept-driven Graphic Designer with a knack for turning complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals. This isn’t a pixel-pushing production job — we need someone who thinks like a storyteller, designs like a problem-solver, and thrives in an iterative, feedback-rich environment. You’ll work on everything from campaign assets and social content to branded presentation decks and digital experiences. If you have strong opinions about font pairings, know how to make a 3-second animation count, and think brand consistency is just as important as creative experimentation, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be embedded in our Brand and Content team, collaborating with marketers, copywriters, product designers, and creative leads. Your work will directly shape how our audiences engage with the brand — visually, emotionally, and strategically.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand-aligned visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and editorial content.
- Translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging designs across web, print, social, and motion.
- Design and refine presentation decks that are visually impactful and story-driven (Keynote or Google Slides).
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to A/B test and iterate on performance-based creative.
- Create and maintain design systems and templates that scale.
- Own projects from ideation through execution — not just the visuals, but the thinking behind them.
- Apply motion design or lightweight animation when needed to enhance storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, in-house or agency environment.
- A portfolio that shows concept-first thinking and a range of work across different mediums and industries.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
- Experience designing for digital (web, social, email) and understanding the nuances of each format.
- Strong typography skills — you can build hierarchy and rhythm without relying on gimmicks.
- Ability to present your ideas and the thinking behind your designs with clarity and confidence.
- Working knowledge of basic motion design principles (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Open to critique and quick to iterate — you’re not precious about your work.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or editorial content
- Understand accessibility best practices in digital design
- Have collaborated closely with developers or have a general understanding of responsive design
