Job Requirements:
- Proven experience crafting compelling visual narratives that go beyond aesthetics—your designs must communicate brand values and engage diverse audiences on a deep level.
- Mastery of both digital and print media design, with an eye for how different formats influence user perception and interaction.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) plus proficiency in at least one motion design tool (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) to bring static concepts to life.
- Ability to translate complex data and abstract ideas into clear, impactful infographics or visual storytelling formats.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy: you can adapt and evolve a visual identity without losing its core voice.
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable working closely with marketing strategists, UX/UI teams, and copywriters to create integrated campaigns.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve unique design challenges, with examples of work that balance innovation and client objectives.
- Experience designing for web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), ensuring inclusivity in your creative outputs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality or creativity.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to facilitate seamless handoff and communication with development teams is a strong plus.
- Passion for emerging design trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas confidently and receive feedback constructively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, problem-solving, and results-driven work.
- Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and developing cohesive visual identities.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is highly desirable.
- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS) or familiarity with front-end design principles a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
