Description
• Create visually stunning and innovative designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging. • Coordinate with the Content Creation team. • Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. • Implement new design techniques to keep the company’s visuals fresh and engaging. • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Ensure all designs are high-quality and error-free. • Conduct thorough reviews and proofing before final delivery
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects. • Excellent Russian communication skills and Conversational English. • Experience in motion graphics and 3D Design. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms to create proper designs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong time management and organizational skills.
