Job Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in ambiguity, can distill complex ideas into clean visuals, and has a pulse on current visual culture without chasing every trend. This isn’t a plug-and-play role. You’ll contribute to campaigns that span web, motion, and print, and you’ll work closely with product, growth, and content teams—not just other designers. You should be just as comfortable iterating inside an established system as you are proposing when to break it.
Responsibilities
- Design cross-platform visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, brand partnerships, and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with copywriters and content strategists to translate messaging goals into compelling design
- Extend and evolve the design system—don’t just use it, push it forward
- Create visuals that align with both immediate business goals and long-term brand vision
- Prepare polished assets for web, social, email, and occasional print with attention to real-world constraints (e.g., compression, load time, print bleeds, or color fidelity)
- Participate in brand workshops and team critiques, offering strategic visual input—not just surface-level feedback
- Stay ahead of visual design trends, but know when to not follow them
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in a fast-paced or cross-disciplinary environment
- Portfolio that shows you can think conceptually and execute meticulously—especially work that ties to real business objectives
- Strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy (we’ll want to see you use grids, not just talk about them)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus if you’re comfortable animating assets in After Effects or similar)
- Experience working within and contributing to brand guidelines or design systems
- Ability to explain your design decisions clearly to both designers and non-designers
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities—this role won’t come with a perfect brief every time
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for or collaborating with B2B and SaaS marketing teams
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS—not to code, but to understand what’s realistic
- Familiarity with motion graphics, illustration, or 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D)
- Previous collaboration with product designers and developers in a sprint-based workflow
