Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design promotional artwork, campaign materials and venue collateral.
- Develop creative assets for direct marketing campaigns (letters, eDMs, digital screens).
- Create and evolve brand identities, logos and style guides for client projects.
- Produce design concepts and assets for websites, landing pages and digital advertising.
- Develop brochures, posters and loyalty program collateral.
- Adapt and optimise creative for multiple platforms and formats.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Contribute to creative ideation and concept development for campaigns.
Design Systems & Organisation
- Support the transition of design work in-house, collaborating with the team to streamline creative processes.
- Maintain an efficient file structure, asset library and version control for design projects.
- Ensure working files and templates are organised, accessible and well-documented for internal use.
- Champion best practices for creative workflow and handover between internal and external contributors.
Must have:
- Tertiary qualification (or currently completing) in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of design experience (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
- Comfortable managing multiple design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
