Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who blends strategic thinking with standout visual execution. This role goes beyond generic layouts — you’ll build flexible systems, craft digital-first assets, and challenge conventional brand visuals. If you can balance creativity with clarity and bring ideas to life across platforms, we want to see how you think, not just how you design.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate brand strategy into smart, bold visual content that goes beyond trend-based design.
  • Concept and execute digital campaigns, interactive layouts, and motion-based assets in collaboration with copywriters and UX designers.
  • Maintain and evolve a flexible design system that works across web, mobile, and print without relying on templates.
  • Design social-first assets that don’t look like ads but still perform like them — including IG carousels, short-form animations, and illustrated explainers.
  • Contribute to visual identity development — typography, iconography, and custom graphic language — especially for new sub-brands and product launches.
  • Create presentations that elevate ideas without bloating decks.

You Should Have

  • A portfolio that shows more than just pretty visuals — we’re looking for design that communicates, solves, or surprises.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects. (If you lean into 3D, even better — we use Blender occasionally.)
  • Strong sense of editorial hierarchy, spacing, and pacing. (Yes, we’ll notice how you crop images.)
  • Comfort working with evolving brand guidelines and the ability to know when to follow them — and when to push them.
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments where projects change direction quickly — and you don’t take that personally.
  • A deep understanding of current digital design patterns — not just what’s trending on Behance.
  • The ability to give and receive critique in a way that moves the work forward.

Bonus If You

  • Have illustration chops or motion graphics work you’re proud of.
  • Have worked on B2B brands that didn’t feel like B2B.
  • Are confident building a visual story in a pitch deck without waiting on direction.
  • Have contributed to or built a brand toolkit from scratch.
