Graduate Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of both our customer-facing websites and the backend systems that power our telecommunications services. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full stack, from crafting responsive user interfaces to building and maintaining the APIs that integrate with telecommunications infrastructure, payment gateways, and service automation tools.

You’ll be working directly on technology that impacts our customers’ experience every day, with the opportunity to shape how we deliver and manage business communication services.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Developing and maintaining our customer-facing website by ensuring it’s responsive, fast, and provides an excellent user experience across all devices
• Building and maintaining backend APIs that power our service delivery, including telecommunications service automation and provisioning workflows
• Integrating with third-party systems, including payment gateways, telecommunications service portals, and other business communication platforms
• Implementing new features that improve the customer journey from sign-up through to ongoing service management
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across both frontend and backend systems
• Writing clean, maintainable code that can scale as we grow
• Working with the team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundation in frontend and backend development using React and Next.js (App Router)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience deploying and managing web applications on Vercel.
• Familiarity with REST API design and integration with third-party services.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable with GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
