Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions across internal business systems and client-facing initiatives
• Build and maintain applications, automations, and web assets using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights
• Assist with data modelling, integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to web-based digital solutions
• Learn and apply software development fundamentals under guidance
• Experiment with emerging AI, automation, and Copilot tools
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

About You

The company is looking for:

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Foundational knowledge of one programming language (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python)
• Understanding of software development concepts and problem-solving approaches
• Willingness to learn and develop capability in low-code and pro-code environments

Training & Development

• Hands-on experience on high-profile and diverse engagements with expert mentoring and tailored support
• Buddy system to help navigate office life and a mentor to guide career development
• Regular social events, cohort-based learning, and community initiatives

Career Progression

• Develop technical, professional, and collaboration skills required for progression to Developer level
• Opportunity to build foundational software engineering capability within the Microsoft ecosystem
