Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Front-End Software Engineer to join team. In this role, you will be involved in developing, testing, and maintaining our innovative building technology software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user interfaces that meet design specifications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience with Node-RED for integrating hardware devices, APIs, and online services.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build tools such as Esbuild.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Material UI (MUI) and Three.js.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Java, JDBC, and Git.
