About the role:

You’re an experienced game design leader with the ambition to join a world class service organization working on global hit games. You have a proven track record working on different genres and platforms, a strong grasp of generative AI, and an understanding of co-development and outsourcing processes. You’re ready to design AI-powered games for some of the biggest names in the game industry. We want to hear from you!

The Quest:

• Join a dynamic team providing world-class game design services
• Design engaging gameplay, metagame systems, exciting content, and more
• Interface with our clients to identify their needs and design solutions
• Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
• Use iteration, playtests, and metrics to drive design decisions

The Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
• Experienced in leading, managing and inspiring design teams
• Able to work across departments (artists, engineers, producers)
• Deep knowledge of generative AI with hands-on experience working with LLMs, writing prompts, and generating images
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum development
• Experience working in co-development or outsourcing is a plus
