Fullstack Python Developer (AWS, Python/FastAPI)

Job Description

To be successful in this role, you are:

• A solutions architect comfortable configuring and maintaining scalable deployments in containerised micro-services, hosted on AWS.
• A capable Linux systems administrator.
• An experienced (5+ years) software engineer, comfortable moving between stacks and managing competing deadlines.
• A hands-on leader, able to delegate and review work effectively, whilst also taking responsibility for elements of a project’s execution.

With high confidence across the following skills/expertise:

• Python back-end (FastAPI or Flask or Django).
• A front-end framework (eg. React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Front-end contract enforcement via OpenAPI spec REST and BFF APIs.
• Cloud management (AWS preferred): EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway.
• Linux systems administration.
• Collaborate with non-technical team members to optimise client solutions.
• Workshop and explain solutions with clients when required.
