Job Overview

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who thrives in an environment where code quality, system design, and user experience are treated with equal seriousness. You’ll work across the stack — building REST and GraphQL APIs, architecting frontend components, and improving CI/CD workflows. This role demands more than just writing code: you’ll be expected to reason about tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, and ship resilient features with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) with a focus on modular, testable design.
• Develop responsive, performant interfaces using React (with Hooks) or Vue 3 (Composition API).
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL), including schema migrations and performance tuning.
• Implement automated tests at multiple levels: unit, integration, and end-to-end (we use Jest, Playwright).
• Lead technical discussions in planning meetings and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams — strong async communication skills are essential.
• Participate in refining our deployment process (Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes).
• Handle occasional on-call responsibilities for production incidents.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in fullstack development (not internships or bootcamps).
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript across backend and frontend projects.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js runtime — event loop, memory profiling, async patterns.
• Production experience with React or Vue 3, including custom hooks/composables and state management.
• Solid understanding of relational databases; experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, and API schema versioning practices.
• Comfortable working in Unix-based environments, with practical Git skills and basic shell scripting.
• Experience writing and maintaining tests with frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
