The Role:

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join Fuzzy AI, a VC-backed startup building AI-powered tools that help sales teams move faster and convert better.

This is a hands-on role for a curious builder who loves experimenting, prototyping, and shipping production-ready features. You’ll work across Next.js, React, Node.js, and NestJS, turning rough ideas into polished features used by real customers — fast.

You’ll pair closely with the founder, leveraging AI development tools to speed up delivery, iterate quickly, and continuously optimize the user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping 0-to-1 features across Next.js, React, Node.js, and NestJS
  • Prototyping AI ideas rapidly and evolving them into scalable production systems
  • Collaborating directly with the founder to translate sketches into live product features
  • Measuring performance, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly on improvements
  • Using AI-powered dev tools (Cursor or similar) to accelerate coding workflows
  • Managing integrations with MongoDB Atlas, AWS, and RESTful APIs
  • Maintaining clean, well-documented code through Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exploring and experimenting with new frameworks, libraries, or tools that improve developer productivity

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 3 years of strong experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS
  • You’re comfortable working across the stack — from database to frontend UI
  • You’re familiar with REST APIs, MongoDB, and AWS environments
  • You’ve used AI development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot
  • You move fast, ship often, and embrace feedback as part of the learning process
  • You’re comfortable working in high-autonomy startup settings
  • Bonus: You’ve played with Docker, serverless architectures, or real-time systems (WebSockets)
  • You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about turning bold ideas into working products
