Full Stack Developer – Node.js/React.js
Job Description
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React to lead the architecture and development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and hands-on experience in cloud-based and microservices environments.

Key Responsibilities :
– Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
– Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
– Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership
– Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
– Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions
– Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies
– Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
– Experience working with Java technologies such as Groovy
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 9 to 12 years of professional experience in software development with strong focus on Node.js and React
– Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or other RDBMS, and microservices architecture
– Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design
– Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
– Hands-on experience with MongoDB and designing NoSQL data models
– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
