Full Stack Developer – Frontend & Backend Technologies

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing end-to-end features across our platform. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and highly performant web applications that serve the needs of our B2B Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

– He should develop the web applications, including frontend, backend, and database layers.

– Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness, while collaborating with the back-end team to build robust APIs with Node.js, manage database integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across the application.

– Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment, with a commitment to delivering quality software on schedule.

– Promote best practices in software development, including code versioning, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement of workflows and coding standards.

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to gather requirements, clarify technical details, and translate them into well-defined solutions.

– Provide mentorship to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities, while fostering a collaborative and supportive development environment.

– Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in full stack development, ideally within a B2C environment

Technical Skills :

– Frontend : Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

– Backend : Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs.

– Database : Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

– Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating efficient, scalable solutions.

– Communication Skills : Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-to-Haves :

– Prior experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment.

– Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

– Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and caching strategies.

– Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
