Your new role

As a Full Stack Developer in the Digital Reform team, you will support the delivery of business-as-usual releases and other project-based releases.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop high quality code to agreed technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, reporting frameworks and practices.
• Where required, contribute to/participate in technical design activities.
• Ensure that all design variations are managed appropriately with extensive collaboration and minimal impact.
• Ensure all technical documentation is prepared appropriately for each stage of the system.
• Any other deliverables identified by the Lead Developer during the engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed

You’ll need 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong expertise in Azure cloud solutions, modern .NET back‑end development, and Angular‑based front‑end applications. Success in this role requires solid API design, security, testing, and CI/CD practices, along with experience delivering in Agile environments. Strong problem‑solving, communication, planning, and stakeholder‑engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality solutions to tight deadlines.
