Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer (.Net Developer) at Hare & Turtle AI Solutions, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our core AI-driven platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients’ operations, enabling them to deliver superior services to their customers. This role is based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

– Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js / Angular / JavaScript frameworks

– Build and consume RESTful APIs

– Implement real-time communication using WebSocket / SignalR

– Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure

– Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, and Service Bus

– Optimize application performance and scalability

– Ensure security best practices and authentication mechanisms (JWT / OAuth)

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment

– Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

– 3 to 7 years of experience in Full Stack development

– Strong backend experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET

– Experience with frontend technologies (React.js / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS)

– Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services

– Experience implementing WebSocket / SignalR

– Strong knowledge of SQL Server / PostgreSQL

– Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools

– Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines

– Understanding of microservices architecture

Good to Have :

– Experience with Docker & Kubernetes

– Knowledge of Azure DevOps

– Experience with distributed systems

– Familiarity with caching (Redis)

– Exposure to performance monitoring tools
