Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. If you’re passionate about the latest web technologies and have a keen eye for detail, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant applications.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.).
• Develop features for the company’s platform on both client and server sides.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other members of the development team to create elegant solutions for our users and clients.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.) are considered when designing and coding software solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Stand-ups, Refinements, Planning, and Retrospectives.

Frontend Skills

• Proficient with Angular and TypeScript-based languages.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with WordPress, including themes and plugins customization.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.

Backend Skills

• Strong proficiency with Node.js and PHP.
• Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in RESTful API design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years previous experience working as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Develop and integrate call center features using Twilio (voice, IVR, call routing, recording).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
