We are looking for someone who is:

• Interested in contributing to architecture and design decisions, not just implementing tickets
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback

Technical Requirements

• Skilled, experienced and knowledgeable full stack developer
• Strong programming skills are essential. While we don’t expect you to solve problems such as “Given a chessboard and a knight’s starting position, find all possible routes where the knight never lands on the same square twice” on the spot, we do expect you to recognise that it’s a classic recursion problem and be able to solve it within a few hours.
• 3+ years of experience with C#
• 3+ years of experience with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks
• Experience integrating with third-party libraries and APIs
• Good understanding of the Agile development lifecycle
• Experience with automated testing and build pipelines
• Proven ability to write clean, readable, maintainable code
• Experience documenting existing systems
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Databases and SQL
• DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• Application or infrastructure security
• Additional technologies such as Flutter, Node.js, or PHP
