Full-Stack Developer

Job Description

The Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll work across the full stack and collaborate closely with product and stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building, shipping, and maintaining features across frontend, APIs, and data layers
• Translating product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Implementing UI/UX designs with attention to performance, detail, and consistency
• Writing clean, testable, maintainable code
• Improving platform performance, reliability, and scalability as the product grows
• Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and iterative delivery cycles
• Contributing to shared engineering patterns and standards
• Communicating progress clearly and working collaboratively in a small team

This is a builder role, not a maintenance or ticket-only role.

What We’re Looking For

Essential experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as a software developer (full-stack or similar)
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• Proven experience with React and modern frontend practices (HTML5, CSS3)
• Experience building APIs with Node.js (GraphQL experience highly regarded)
• Strong quality mindset (testing, code reviews, maintainability)
• Confident Git workflows (branching, PRs, collaboration)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Solid understanding of web security (authentication, encryption, XSS, CSRF)
• Experience working with ORMs, particularly Prisma
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
