Job Description

The engineer will collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into seamless interactive experiences that serve a global user base.

The engineering team prioritizes technical excellence and component-driven architecture. This position involves ownership of the frontend technical roadmap, including state management strategies, build system optimizations, and the implementation of robust client-side testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable React applications using TypeScript, ensuring high performance across diverse devices and browsers
  • Architect and implement complex state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, or Context API to handle real-time data synchronization
  • Build and document reusable UI components for a centralized design system, adhering to strict accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and brand guidelines
  • Optimize frontend performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in rendering, bundle size, and network utilization
  • Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing data transformation and client-side caching strategies to ensure a responsive user experience
  • Lead code reviews and contribute to technical documentation, promoting best practices in modular CSS, unit testing with Jest/Vitest, and end-to-end testing with Playwright

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on modern frontend frameworks
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Deep understanding of the DOM, browser APIs, and CSS-in-JS libraries or Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines, including Vite, Webpack, and GitHub Actions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade applications with automated testing coverage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Bonus: Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, or contributing to open-source UI libraries
