Role Overview :

As a seasoned Front End Developer, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering sophisticated user interfaces for our diverse client portfolio.

This role involves leading the technical design and implementation of complex web applications, ensuring exceptional user experience and performance.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product owners, translating intricate design concepts into robust, scalable, and accessible front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

– Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level front-end solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance for global clients.

– Collaborate extensively with UX/UI designers to transform complex wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that meet client specifications.

– Drive the adoption of modern front-end development best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility standards, and robust testing strategies across various projects.

– Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

– Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, articulate technical solutions, and present innovative approaches that align with strategic objectives.

– Oversee the quality and integrity of front-end code through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to established coding standards and patterns.

– Contribute to the evolution of our technical capabilities by evaluating new technologies and frameworks, ensuring Publicis Sapient remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated mastery in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, evidenced by significant contributions to large-scale, complex applications.

– Exceptional proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors (e.g., Sass, Less), coupled with a deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.

– Advanced understanding of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and interaction design, enabling the creation of highly engaging and user-centric digital experiences.

– Proven ability to lead technical discussions, make critical architectural decisions, and effectively guide development teams through the entire software development lifecycle.

– Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior client leadership.

– A strong commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of emerging front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.

– Experience working within agile development methodologies, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in a collaborative environment.
