Job Description

We’re seeking a Frontend Developer who thrives on crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that turn complex data into seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and backend engineers to build scalable web applications with clean, maintainable code. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, a passion for pixel-perfect design implementation, and a knack for optimizing frontend performance in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Translate detailed UI/UX designs into production-ready code with pixel accuracy and smooth interactions.
  • Optimize frontend code to ensure fast load times and fluid user experience across browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, handle asynchronous data flows, and manage state effectively.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and continuously improving frontend standards and tooling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser compatibility, rendering, and performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, production-level projects.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ features, and one or more frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect UI designs from Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of CSS3, including preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and managing frontend state (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on performance optimization and code maintainability.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in frontend security.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical trade-offs.

Bonus:

  • Experience with TypeScript and unit testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Exposure to design systems or component libraries (Storybook, Material UI).
  • Understanding of backend technologies or full-stack development.
