The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Ensure seamless performance and quality across Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver clean and intuitive mobile apps.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on provided designs.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong experience in both Android and iOS app development and deployment.
• Proficient in Dart and understanding of Flutter architecture (BLoC, Provider, etc.).
• A good eye for clean and functional UI/UX design and animations.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, real-time databases, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of app lifecycle, memory management, and performance tuning.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Previous experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing.
