Job Description

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Figma Landing Page Designer with a strong portfolio of performance-driven web designs. This role demands an expert in user behavior, visual hierarchy, and conversion-centric layouts—not just a pixel-pusher. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and front-end developers to deliver landing pages that serve specific business goals, whether for product launches, lead generation, or ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-conversion landing pages in Figma from concept to handoff, tailored for specific user segments and campaign goals.
  • Translate briefs, wireframes, and analytics insights into clean, responsive, and on-brand designs.
  • Apply best practices in UX, layout psychology, and mobile-first responsiveness to every project.
  • Create component-based systems in Figma that support scalable landing page variations.
  • Use A/B test results and heatmap data to refine designs and propose iterative improvements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff using Figma’s prototyping and annotation tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, with at least 1 year focused specifically on landing page design in Figma.
  • Portfolio must include at least 3 live landing pages with measurable outcomes (e.g., increased sign-ups, reduced bounce rates).
  • Proficiency in structuring layouts for performance across devices (mobile-first design approach).
  • Deep understanding of CTA placement, content hierarchy, user journey mapping, and persuasive design.
  • Ability to interpret marketing funnels and create visuals that support specific conversion goals (e.g., freemium signups, webinar registrations).
  • Strong command of Figma components, variants, auto-layout, constraints, and design tokens.
  • Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with marketers, devs, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar for data-informed design decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with no-code landing page builders like Webflow or Unbounce.
  • Light understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with front-end developers.
  • Background in CRO (conversion rate optimization) or performance marketing.
