About the Role

We’re seeking a Figma Landing Page Designer with a sharp eye for conversion-focused design and a deep understanding of UX patterns that drive action. This isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about designing pages that perform. You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth and Product teams to conceptualize, wireframe, and polish high-impact landing pages for product launches, experiments, and funnels.

What You’ll Do

Design landing pages in Figma from scratch based on marketing goals, content hierarchy, and performance benchmarks—no templates, no fluff
Create component-based, modular design systems in Figma to enable scalable variations and A/B tests
Collaborate with CRO, copywriters, and performance marketers to translate hypotheses into clear design experiments
Use Figma’s prototyping features to demonstrate interaction and page flow
Understand and apply visual hierarchy, CTA placement, above-the-fold psychology, and micro-conversion nudges
Implement feedback quickly and intelligently, always optimizing for launch speed without sacrificing quality
Package your designs for handoff with clear spacing, typography specs, and responsive behavior

What You Bring

Portfolio with 3+ live landing pages that achieved measurable results (conversion lifts, lower bounce, increased engagement)
Expert-level Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Variants, and Prototyping
Proven experience designing direct-response or SaaS marketing pages
Strong understanding of copy-design relationships and ability to work with copy decks (or even improve them visually)
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Framer, or React components is a plus (not required)
Comfort with fast iteration cycles, short deadlines, and scrappy testing culture
Clear communication and a bias toward action—you don’t need to be micromanaged

Bonus Points

Experience working with data from Hotjar, GA4, or user testing to inform redesigns
Ability to produce mobile-first responsive layouts without dev support
Past work with pricing pages, waitlists, or onboarding flows
