About the Role:
We’re looking for a Figma-native designer who specializes in high-conversion, visually cohesive landing pages. You won’t just be pushing pixels — you’ll collaborate directly with our copywriter, growth strategist, and dev team to create pages that convert and still look like they belong to a brand that takes design seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end design of product and campaign landing pages in Figma.
  • Translate wireframes or briefs into pages optimized for speed, scroll behavior, and visual hierarchy.
  • Implement storytelling-driven layout flows that reduce bounce and improve retention.
  • Use Figma components, styles, and auto layout — no freehand dragging of elements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and growth to A/B test above-the-fold variations, CTA placements, and form UX.
  • Work with dev to hand off clean, inspectable files that require minimal clarification.
  • Help refine and evolve our internal landing page system to support rapid iteration without sacrificing design quality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You treat Figma like an IDE — reusable components, well-labeled layers, and strict adherence to constraints.
  • Proven experience designing SaaS or digital product landing pages with data to back up performance.
  • You’re intentional about fold strategy, scroll pacing, and CTA timing — and can explain your decisions.
  • Familiarity with conversion tools like Hotjar, Heap, or VWO — not required, but you know what heatmaps and scroll depth mean.
  • Portfolio that includes at least 3 live landing pages with clear articulation of your role, design logic, and outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of UX writing alignment — you work with (not against) the copy.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing with AI-generated copy or visuals in mind.
  • You’ve created and maintained Figma design systems or libraries used by other teams.
  • Understanding of no-code platforms like Webflow, Framer, or a dev workflow in React.
