We are looking for a Figma-focused landing page designer who blends conversion-centered thinking with sleek, user-conscious design. This role is ideal for someone who understands that a landing page isn’t just about visual appeal but about guiding users to take action. You should be able to interpret product positioning, user intent, and technical constraints to create high-performing designs. If you can translate a strategic marketing goal into a pixel-perfect landing experience that actually converts, we want to talk.

You’ll work closely with marketing leads, copywriters, and frontend developers to rapidly iterate on pages for product launches, A/B tests, and campaigns. Strong visual storytelling and UX hierarchy skills are a must—especially if you’ve worked in SaaS, fintech, or other conversion-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conversion-optimized landing pages in Figma based on briefs and goals from marketing and product teams
  • Create clear wireframes, responsive layout structures, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters to integrate messaging into the visual structure
  • Understand and apply design heuristics to influence user behavior and reduce friction
  • Work with frontend developers to ensure design handoff is smooth and build-ready
  • Run design QA before go-live to ensure layout consistency across breakpoints
  • Iterate designs based on performance data from A/B tests and user behavior analytics
  • Maintain and expand Figma component libraries to support future landing page variations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience designing landing pages, preferably in SaaS or digital-first environments
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (component usage, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion psychology, and user flow optimization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Portfolio that includes high-performing landing pages with a clear explanation of your design process
  • Familiarity with responsive design and layout best practices
