- Working closely across various teams, not in silos.
- Building things that last, not shipping and forgetting.
- Representing Linkly well – whether that’s in a client meeting, a product review, or a code review for a peer.
- Helping shape how we grow, not just grow alongside us.
What You’ll Need

- A track record of ownership – you’ve shipped things, led things, or fixed things that mattered.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, commercially-minded environment where priorities can shift.
