Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily campaign hygiene and search term review run search term reports, maintain negative keyword lists, and monitor Quality Score and ad relevance across Google and Bing to keep live campaigns clean and on-intent.
- Monitor budget and spend — track pacing against targets and flag over- or under-spend anomalies for the strategist, rather than reallocating budget independently.
- Conduct keyword research — surface new keyword and intent opportunities from search term data and hand them to the strategist for evaluation before any are added.
- Conduct landing page research — identify ad-to-page relevance gaps and landing page issues affecting Quality Score, and flag them for review.
- Support conversion rate optimization — surface conversion and lead-quality signals (including CRM-vs-platform discrepancies) that point to CRO opportunities for the strategist to act on.
REQUIRED:
- 2–3 years of hands-on B2B Google Ads experience, with demonstrated attention to account hygiene and search term/negative keyword management.
- Expertise in Google Ads platform (Updated Certifications required)
- Solid grasp of match types, search term reports, and negative keyword structure.
- Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Ability take direction and be strategic about solutions
