Responsibilities:

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

3. Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

4. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

7. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
