About the Role:
Provide in person TechBar support to end users, troubleshooting device and application issues while ensuring a smooth workplace technology experience. This is a fully onsite role requiring presence at the client office five days a week.What You’ll Do:
- Provide walk up TechBar support for hardware software and access issues
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac device issues
- Support device setup onboarding and replacements
- Assist with Microsoft 365 Teams Outlook and VPN tools
- Perform incident triage using ServiceNow or similar tools
- Coordinate with backend teams for escalations
- Maintain asset tracking and documentation
- Support meeting room technology when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in Desktop Support roles. Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting
- Basic MacOS troubleshooting exposure
- Active Directory user management
- Microsoft 365 familiarity
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals
- Strong communication and customer handling
