Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, technical workshops, and site assessments to gather detailed infrastructure requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Clearly articulate the business value and ROI of proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing estimates in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
  • Review tender documents and ensure all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support business development and revenue growth.
  • Liaise with vendors, distributors, and internal delivery teams to ensure feasibility, compatibility, and support for proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging networking technologies, products, and industry trends (e.g., SD-WAN, network automation, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud).
  • Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing teams for improving offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in network infrastructure technologies (e.g., routing, switching, wireless, security).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with presales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
