English Support Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in community platforms like Reddit and Quora by answering relevant questions.
• Schedule posts and actively monitor social media channels to engage with our audience.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in eCommerce and content writing.
• Craft clear, concise, and informative responses to customer questions related to our ecommerce products and services.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in written and spoken English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce concepts and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Experience with social media platforms (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field (freshers welcome!).
• Experience with content writing and blog creation (Preferred)
• Prior experience in community management on social media platforms.
