English Evaluator

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions based on predefined quality standards.
• Assess teacher performance using established evaluation rubrics.
• Provide accurate, constructive, and actionable feedback to enhance teaching quality.
• Maintain detailed evaluation records while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in regular calibration and training sessions to uphold evaluation standards.
• Apply knowledge of English phonics, pronunciation, and grammar during the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and phonics.
• Familiarity with US and UK phonics standards will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to quality evaluation processes.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in English language, phonics, teaching, or quality evaluation are also welcome.

Technical Requirements

• Personal Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent recommended).
• Stable high-speed internet connection.
• Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during scheduled hours.
