Engineering Performance Analyst

About the role:
We are seeking an Engineering Performance Analyst to join the CSI-IPT DDG team. This role supports Engineering Operations through performance reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling effective decision-making across the Combat System Integrated Project Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support development and maintenance of engineering metrics and performance reporting
• Manage BAU reporting cycles and governance deliverables
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and data quality
• Develop and maintain process documentation and governance artefacts
• Support consistent data capture and management practices across teams
• Provide reporting inputs for governance forums, review boards, and milestones
• Track actions and outcomes from review boards to support delivery alignment

About you:

You will bring:

• Experience supporting reporting and governance in complex programs
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability; Power BI/Tableau experience desirable
• Experience engaging stakeholders across engineering or project environments
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across multidisciplinary teams

Desirable:

• Experience in Defence environments or with CoA toolsets
• Exposure to Navy technical certification or seaworthiness frameworks
• Understanding of system safety or engineering governance frameworks
