Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our world-class engineering team building the next generation applications. We’re looking for passionate, creative engineer who are excited about solving world-class problems, ahead of the rest.

An ideal candidate would have :

– 5+ years of developer experience in backend, frontend and cloud technologies.

– Most recent 5+ years of developer/architect/manager experience in backend technologies: Nodejs

– Most recent 2+ years of experience with services using at least one of: Docker, Kubernetes,public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).

– Most recent 2+ years of experience working in Agile manner following Sprint model or Squad Chapter model.

– Most recent 1+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers (any combination of Dev,QA, DevOps).

– Must have expertise in cloud concepts related to monitoring, logging, alerting, deploying and cost control.

– Must have experience in software development processes like unit-testing, automation, logging level control, code quality, security audits, etc
