The Job:
Reporting to the Sale Manager – End to End Solutions (WA/SA), you will be part of our Western Australian sales team visiting stores and end users across Perth.
Core Duties Include:
- Promoting products through demonstration, and instructing in their use
- Training internal stakeholders on the specifications of all products
- Conducting Distributor and End User training/demos at SBD Field Days, in store, End User’s sites and at major trade events
- Maintaining a range of clean and workable power tools, accessories and materials for the purpose of demonstrations and training.
- Provide instore support including liaising with customers, merchandising and product demonstration
- Generating new business opportunities through End User engagement

You will:
- Have previous sales experience, with an aptitude for business development
- Have experience in engaging with end users and brand advocacy
- Possess the confidence and clear communication skills to present product initiatives to end users
- Ideally have some experience in product training to either internal or external parties
- Preferably have experience working in a customer service role within a hardware environment or similar
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts
- Have strong Planning skills and be able to work in an autonomous environment
- Most of all have a passion for working with Power Tools & Hand Tools
- Please note there maybe Infrequent regional/overnight travel in this role
