• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or device-related problems.
• Set up and configure new devices for employees.
• Ensure all IT equipment is maintained and updated as needed.
• Assist with software installations and updates.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Support users in accessing and using company systems effectively.
• Work with the technology team to improve IT processes and services.

The Successful Applicant

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in providing end-user technical support.
• Ability to set up and maintain devices and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Confidence using IT tools and applications.
• A relevant educational background in technology or IT.
