Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience within the buildings industry
• Experience designing electrical systems for commercial, institutional, federal, or large-scale building projects
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building codes and design standards
• Experience producing construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and production software
• Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex engineering challenges
• Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior engineers and designers
• Strong communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
