EL1 Senior Systems Analyst

Your new role
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and support the delivery of complex ICT initiatives. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers and architects to define solutions, resolve integration issues and support end-to-end delivery. The role will also involve defect analysis, production support, UAT coordination and contributing to release planning and BAU activities.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience as a Systems or Technical Business Analyst
• Proven ability to deliver complex integration and ICT projects
• Experience writing technical specifications and system documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps, SQL, Visio or similar
