About the Role
Reporting directly to Owner you will be responsible for managing and growing our ecommerce platform while leading all digital marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our web developers, marketing partners, and internal sales team to increase online sales, improve customer experience, and strengthen our digital brand presence.Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce
- Develop and execute the company’s ecommerce growth strategy.
- Manage and optimise our Shopify website to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Monitor website performance and work with developers to continually improve functionality, speed, SEO, and user experience.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising across the website.
- Analyse customer behaviour and implement initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
- Ensure product content, imagery, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
- Manage third-party ecommerce integrations and digital tools.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Drive SEO strategy and website traffic growth.
- Manage PPC campaigns, budgets, and agency relationships to maximise return on investment.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, customer automation, and lead nurturing.
- Manage content across the website, blogs, landing pages, and social media channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on website performance, campaign results, and key business KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and digital growth.
