E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and execute website content across multiple Bras N Things websites, ensuring campaigns, promotions and seasonal updates are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate the implementation of online content, briefing creative assets and collaborating with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Schedule and maintain homepage content, promotional banners, category pages and loyalty messaging to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor website performance, analyse customer behaviour and campaign results, and provide insights to improve conversion and engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, UX, IT and Customer Engagement teams to deliver seamless online experiences and business initiatives.
• Support website enhancements, testing and continuous improvements processes while staying up to date with ecommerce trends and best practice.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and help identify new opportunities to optimise content and improve the online customer journey.

About you

• Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital content or online merchandising role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• A customer first mindset with a passion for creating engaging online experiences.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Magento (or similar), Google Analytics and content management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions.
• Experience with Figma, Monday.com or HTML/CSS will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
