Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content and marketing copy.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
