Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant

Job Description

This role will suit someone who leans technical first, comfortable configuring and developing solutions themselves, while also being able to engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into working outcomes. Preference is that you will own solutions end‑to‑end from build through to deployment and support.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (e.g. Customer Service, Sales or similar)
• Proven capability across the Power Platform, including Power Automate, model‑driven apps, and ideally Power Pages
• Technical experience with customisation and development, such as plugins, workflows, JavaScript, integrations, or similar
• Comfortable translating business requirements into configured and built solutions, rather than producing documentation only
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployments, and production environments
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders without acting as a traditional BA or delivery manager
