Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions for service order management and asset management using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and external consultants to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated systems that align with organizational goals. This is a key technical leadership role that ensures the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, enabling efficient operations and a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on Customer Service, Field Service, and Asset Management modules.
  • Define and validate integration strategies with enterprise systems such as ERP, asset management, and field service tools.
  • Ensure designs meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Integration Development & Oversight:

  • Develop and validate integration components using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus.
  • Guide developers in implementing technical solutions aligned with architectural standards.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Data Migration & Transition:

  • Plan and oversee data migration strategies, ensuring consistency and integrity during the transition from legacy systems.
  • Lead system cutover processes for smooth operational handoffs.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to development teams and end-users.
  • Participate in all project phases, from planning to post-implementation support.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design decisions, and workflows.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards for usability, security, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Service, Field Service, and Asset Management.
  • Proficiency with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Data Factory).
  • Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience in Dynamics 365 development tools.
  • Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Solution Design & Integration:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system upgrades, and cloud-to-cloud integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
