Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including leading cross-functional technology teams and overseeing enterprise systems.
• Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with experience aligning technology roadmaps to organizational objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of Network Security, including risk management, security frameworks, and incident response practices.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable network and infrastructure solutions in a service-oriented environment.
• Leadership skills with experience in team development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications, internet service providers, or related industries is beneficial.
